Meanwhile In a study by James Potalla of the Sanford School of Medicine, it was found that older women with higher levels of omega-3 fatty acids in their blood had slightly less brain shrinkage compared to women who have low omega-3 in their bloods. Squid/EPA/DHA, and other seafood reportedly has high copper, but has been shown as helpful in demential and other brain health.
ReplyDeleteOther studies found that the omega-3’s in calamari (squid) oil, fish oil and krill, may have the ability t protect the brain from losing volume during old age. So, we have to really be informed as we make our health decisions. It' overwhelming at times as we don't want our good intentions to do harm, but we get desperate when Alzheimers takes control of our loved ones lives. Keep researching!
